The Service
Downlink aggregates and displays the content of connected social media accounts as embeddable feeds on websites operated by us or by the account owners who use the Service.
Connecting an account
By connecting a social media account, you represent that you own or are authorized to manage that account, and you authorize us to access its content through the relevant platform's official API for the purpose of displaying it. The Service is read-only — it will not post, comment, message, or modify your account.
Content ownership
All content retrieved from connected accounts remains the property of its respective owners and the originating platforms. We display it on your behalf and claim no ownership of it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to infringe the rights of others, to violate the terms of any connected platform, or to display content you are not authorized to display.
Third-party platforms
The Service depends on third-party platforms (TikTok, Meta). Their availability, terms, and APIs are outside our control, and changes on their side may affect or interrupt the Service.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Changes
We may modify the Service or these terms at any time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
